Rates are available by the hour with a 3 hours minimum or flat rates are available for certain services as well.

Terms and Conditions:

All services beginning before 6AM or ending after 12PM will incur a $15.00 surcharge.

All Prices quoted will include a 20% gratuity.

Any out of pocket expenses such as tolls, parking fees, or other incidental charges incurred during travel will be added to final bill.

Billing:

The following forms of payment are accepted:

Cash: If you wish to pay by cash, a Credit Card will be required to make reservation.

Check: If you wish to pay by check, a Credit card will be required to make reservation.

Credit Cards Accepted: MasterCard, VISA, American Express

Customers paying by Credit card will be billed the day before travel. Any surcharges or fees incurred due to tolls, waiting time, stops, etc, will be charged after travel has been completed, unless the customer has established an account with Crowne Chauffeur.

An Account may be established at any time, by calling Yvonne Desir, Director of Sales, at 781-479-7351. A Credit Card will be required to keep on file, regardless of the preferred method of payment.

If you have a personal or corporate account with us, we will bill you bi-weekly or monthly, depending upon volume. You may also set up automatic bill pay with Crowne Chauffeur, and we will send you the period’s bill as well as charge your on-file credit card automatically. Payment is due within 14 days of bill date. If payment is not received within 14 days, this will indicate to us that you would like your on-file credit card to be charged the full amount.

Changes to Reservation:

If you need to change or adjust your reservation, give us a call. In most cases, there is no fee incurred for changes to reservations. We are happy to adjust to accommodate your busy schedule!

Cancellation

Cancellations received 36 or more hours before scheduled pick up time will incur no penalty fee.

Cancellations received within 24 hours will be charged a $25.00 fee or 30% of the total fare, whichever is greater.

Cancellations for Prom and Graduation must be made at least 2 weeks in advance or the full fare with be charged.

Cancellations received within 12 hours are subject to full fare.

Cancellations must be made LIVE. If fax or email cancellations are sent to Crowne Chauffeur, customer must receive a Cancellation Confirmation email to avoid incurring penalty fees.
