Q: I have an unusual reservation to make. Can Crowne Chauffeur accommodate my needs?

A: Yes! Crowne Chauffeur will accommodate any reservation, and will plan transportation tailored to your personal needs. Whatever you need, don’t hesitate to call Crowne at 1 781-479-7351.

Q: I have some bulky baggage. Can you transport me?

A: Absolutely. No matter what you have for baggage, Crowne will make sure you and your belongings get to your destination, safe and on time.

Q: Does Crowne Chauffeur provide car seats and boosters?

A: No, we don’t carry car seats or boosters, but we will be happy to store your car seats and boosters for you until your return.

Q: How do I know what time I should be picked up for a flight?

A: At the time of reservation, we will advise you what an appropriate time for flight pick up will be. However, your preferred pick up time will always prevail.

Q: Can I choose my pick up time?

A: You may always schedule your pick up time and location.

Q: What if my plans change?

A: If your plans change, simply give us a call. In most cases there will not be any fees incurred for changes to your reservation. We know you have a busy schedule, and want to keep your travel comfortable, personal and convenient.

Q: What if the Airline cancels my flight?

A: If the Airline cancels your flight, call us immediately and we will adjust your reservation to fit your needs, with no extra fee.

Q: How do I confirm my reservation?

A: Crowne Chauffeur will call you the day before your scheduled travel to confirm. You may also call 1-877-867-9664.
